Whatcha Working on Wednesday

Seriously, what could my laundry room and these onion crates have in common!?! Well, if you guessed then you might have to wait a little while longer for the answer. All I can tell you is that it is still a work in progress and I am so excited to share it with all of you. I told my Mom what my plans were and she thought it was such a clever idea so I guess we will see what you all think on my next post. I told you ladies that my mind never quits and well I thought of this brilliant idea the other evening as I was getting ready for bed. I was so happy that I didn't have to go to Amish Country for the old wood crates and get this...... I bought these wood crates for $1.00 a piece. How great is that?!? I love great deals - don't you? I guess you could say that I felt like I accomplished something REAL BIG when I bought my wood crates for only $1.00 a piece. I originally thought I was going to go to the store paying $10.00 a piece so when I got there, found these other crates for only $1.00..... well, I was thrilled beyond your wildest imagination. My husband told me that I was getting way too excited over simple wood crates, but who doesn't love a great buy!! Yep, I squealed with excitement and I am sure that EVERYONE in Craft 2000 could hear me (lol).

Well, that is pretty much all that I can share right now. Stay Tuned for my next post on the BIG REVEAL and right now I better get busy so I can finish things up and hopefully have a post for you all tomorrow. Check out Leslie's site for more Whatcha Working on Wednesday posts!
Oh - I also wanted to welcome Kris @ Simply Prim to the wonderful land of blogging. Not only is she new to blogging, but she is a fellow Buckeye so you gotta love that.... if you are an Ohio State Fan. If you aren't then be sure to check out her blog anyway and give her a warm welcome. She is working on a slide show of her home, but it is still a work in progress, BUT she does give you a link to pictures of her home and trust me it is beautiful. You will love her decorations!! Well, anyway WELCOME TO BLOGLAND KRIS!!

Hi Lisa,
I've seen those crates in Crafts 2000, but never purchased any as I have several old ones that my MIL and my sister give me.
I'm heading out tomorrow to the thrifts shops...I promise to save you some goodies so if you go on Friday evening.
Can't wait to see what you're up to!!
hugs, Cindy
