Happy Owner of an Onion Basket

If you haven't had the chance to check out Pam's new selling blog then you definitely gotta head on over there and check it out. Primitive Basketcase is a selling blog created by a great bloggy friend of mine and she definitely does GREAT work!! I remember when she posted pictures of her kitchen cabinets after she got done re-finishing them and when I was looking at the close-up of her cabinets...... the basket instantly caught my eye. It is her onion basket and well I knew when I saw it that I had to have one and with her prices the way they are, well I knew that I would definitely be buying on from her. I don't plan on using it for onions, but of course I have the perfect place for it in my kitchen. It is definitely fragile, but on her selling blog she said that it can hold 2 1/2 lbs of onions. I would just be afraid to do that and then have it break on me and then I would be pretty upset that I wouldn't have it anymore. So, of course I will just add it as a decoration and look at it daily when I am in my kitchen. It will definitely look GREAT on my cabinets once I get them finished, but now I just need to get started (lol). Here are a few pictures of my basket. Thank You Pam - you do WONDERFUL work and I will definitely cherish it!!
Oh - I also wanted to say "Thank You" to all that gave me wonderful advice about refinishing my cabinets and also giving me helpful hints when it comes to sanding and using stain. I am going to step out on the ledge soon and refinish a few things with stain and see how they turn out. I will also soon be starting my bathroom cabinets to see how they turn out. If they turn out ok then I will proceed to the kitchen and work on those cabinets. I just know that it is going to be a BIG project so once I get started, there is definitely NO turning back. I will keep you all posted. Thank you again ladies..... I really appreciate your advice and most of all your friendship!

It is funny, because that is the one that caught my eye too!
I guess you beat me to the sale!
What if you put fake onions in it?
That would be awesome!

Lisa,
I'm so glad you are happy with your basket. Fake onions is a really good idea that Janene had. Thanks for the plug, my sweet friend.
