WHATCHA WORKING ON WEDNESDAY - Cheeseboard Complete

Here are the pictures of my cheeseboard. The process was so easy and I am thrilled at how it turned out. Turned out perfect for my very first project and I love the color. Take a look ladies.... let me know your thoughts.

1st coat - black
2nd coat - yellow ochre (painting in progress)

Very nice! Mustard over black is one of my favorite combinations and my biggest sellers ... it is just so nice and prim ... and you did a great job!!

Before you know it you will be painting everything that isn't nailed down, and some of that too ;-)

That looks absolutely fantastic! Well, I guess I have another project to put on my list! (lol) The pears are half done and the rocker is black, but will need to go over it with my walnut stain.

Did you use a different kind of brush or maybe a cloth to do the mustard color over the black?
