Fall Is In The Air

Fall is definitely in the air here in Ohio.  We have had rather cooler weather lately and I have been enjoying it alot.  Unfortunately, I have been sick the past couple days with a sinus infection or a cold.  Ah, not fun when I should be enjoying this time and spending it getting my Fall decorations out.  I was able to get a few decorations out the other day, but I still have more to get out and I haven’t had much energy.  Seeing as though we have a long weekend coming up, I would really like to get started on my painting job.  Yep, I need to get that entry way painted and this weekend would be perfect.  Shawn’s parents are going camping this weekend so I could see if they want Cameron for a night and then I could take advantage of that free time and get some painting done.  Sounds like a good plan to me!  Oh and I decided to go with the bleached wheat which is a bit darker, but I am sure it will work out since we get quite a bit of light in our room and entry way.  I will be sure to post pics when I am done.

So, do you want to see a few pics of my Fall decorations?  Like I mentioned before, I only have a few out right now, but there is more to come and that includes the decorating of my farm table.  I am just not sure what I want to put on there yet.  Decisions, Decisions!

Oh, look at that cutie pie!!  He is such a big helper to Mommy these days.  He loves helping me.  It could be re-arranging things, making a bigger mess or just simply lending a helping hand like he is doing here.  Whatever he does, I love it no matter what and wouldn’t trade it for anything.

That brings me to the baby picture that I posted on my last blog.  Do you all remember it?  Well, if not then I will post it again for you right now.

So, do you remember this picture?  Well, alot of you guessed that it was my son, some of you guessed that it was my mom and some of you guessed that it was me.  Well, I am so pleased to share with you that the above baby picture is none other then ME.  Yep, that is me and I was only a day or two old.  Wasn’t I just the cutest baby?  It is funny because when I was born, my parents were always joking about the fact that I had hair all over my forehead, but the nurses re-assured them that it would soon disappear and indeed it did (lol).  No more furry forehead here (hahaha).  That is a good thing – huh?  Could you imagine if my forehead was still furry?  Wow, I would get alot of looks from people and probably wouldn’t have many friends (lol).  Gotta love baby fur/hair.  So, if you guessed that I was the baby in the picture then you are absolutely right!  There were too many of you to list, but you know who you were and congrats to guessing correctly!

Until Next Time……

Too adorable that he is carrying around the pillow that I made you...and yes, I do make children pillows. I'ld love to make him a pillow of his very own.
