I was so excited when I heard the news back on May 10, 2006 that I was pregnant and expecting! Oh after years of infertility treatments, I knew that I wanted nothing more then to be involved in my son's life from the moment he was conceived until I take my last breath. Well, I myself have always enjoyed the song "You Are My Sunshine" and I sang it to Cameron when he was growing in my belly. After Cameron was born.... I would sing that same song and it would ALWAYS help calm him down. He was never really a fussy baby, but when he would start to fuss, all I would have to do is sing "You Are My Sunshine" and he would just stare into my eyes and instantly calm down. Well, I still sing this song to him however...... I now have a singing partner. Yep, I can always be guaranteed that if I sing this song then Cameron will now sing along with me. Ah, there is nothing more precious then this. So, take a look at this video and enjoy "My Little Sunshine" and my little singer. Wow - I love this little boy!!

Oh Lisa, my eyes are leaking!! How precious! I so miss the sweet little voices of the kiddo's at school and of course my own two have not have sweet little voices for years now! LOL Jen did sing in choir in high school but she graduated 10 years ago. Thanks for reminding me of one of the pure joys in life. Hearing a child sing!!
hugs, Linda
Adorable. I also sang that song and many, many others to my boys and a good night song, while rubbing their back was our ritual for many, many years. Have a great rest of the weekend, Lisa.
What a job and a blessing you have in that sweet boy. Oh they grow so fast. I am a grandma now and I had two boys and can't believe they are grown men now. You are so fortunate to have the videos and audios available to capture those precious memories. God is so good to have granted your prayer. I pray you have many wonderful days ahead with your angel from above. Thanks for sharing. Children truly are a blessing from God. Kathy. I don't have a blog so I guess I'll look anonymous
Sorry it should be what a joy and a blessing. Oh my goodness and I proof read for a living. Kathy

Oh..Lisa, that just touched my heart! My Grandma used to play the piano and us Grandkids would sing along with her. I have sung that song to my own kids and now, my grandkids. Your little boy is just precious. What a marvelous song for him to learn... and he sings it so well!!!
